Not to talk about the increasing motivation to finish your work for the remote office day, and right after have the possibility to take a sunny forest walk or do a golf tour in a pleasant temperature. And best of all, the countries of southern Europe enjoy good winter weather during their low season, with more available accommodation than in the high touristic months. Besides, they are able to offer a peaceful working environment to combine leisure and work-life with a good balance. Creating new work environments offers new approaches for our work as well. Relocating doesn’t only change your actual physical location but gives you a new perspective from two points of view: How could I do this work task differently? How could I change small things in my personal life to make my life better and consequently improve my well-being?

Talking about a better balance between work life and leisure, that is one of the key factors improving individuals’ well-being. When the location provides an environment that, in addition to good weather, offers opportunities to explore the surrounding culture, try new activities, and, in general, increase the variety of everyday life, the balance between work and leisure is possible to reach.
