The well-equipped kitchen has a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher that make longer stay comfortable. This centric apartment is located 50 meters walking distance from the Levante beach. The apartment has air conditioning. The community pool is open for guests during the summer season. There is a small community parking space available (not bookable in advance). UbiWork Home-office package comes with the price of the apartment and it includes: Extra monitor, an ergonomic working chair, sufficient lighting, speedy Wi-Fi, and other extra peripherals like a keyboard and mouse (on request). The package is in guest’s use during the stay.
